At C&C Luxury Coach Inc. we appreciate and value our customers and want to provide the highest level of services, luxury and most importantly safety. The coach is exclusively used for transportation purposes so all passengers should be seated at all times when coach is in motion. If anyone needs to use the restroom while the bus is in motion, please use the overhead rail or hold the seats as you make your way to and from the restroom. C&C LuxuryCoach Inc. will not be responsible for anyone who does not comply with this policy. Any personal information collected from a customer will be used for the trip purposes only. All invoices are due upon receipt in order to reserve a coach. Customer has exactly 48 hours after making a payment to cancel a reservation in order to get a full refund. All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used. There are absolutely no exceptions with the refund policy. Customer is liable for any damages done to the vehicle by their passengers. If a passenger should get sick or group leaves behind excessive mess or body fluids, there is a cleaning fee. Smoking is NOT permitted in the vehicles or there will be an additional fee for odor removal and we must know in advance of making a reservation if there will be alcohol onboard the bus. Alcohol possession or consumption by minors is strictly forbidden. C&C Luxury Coach Inc. reserves the right to immediately terminate services without any refund to any person(s) who violates these terms. Overtime caused by passenger(s) is calculated every (1/2 hour) after the departure time. Due to any mechanical nature of vehicles, if a vehicle should become disabled and inoperable, C&C Luxury Coach Inc. reserves the right to substitute the vehicle with one similar at our discretion. We are not responsible for things out of our control such as traffic, accidents, weather conditions, road closures or any acts of nature. It is understood that these things can cause delay and lateness which is out of our control. C&C Luxury Coach Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles left in vehicles so itis 100% the sole discretion of the passengers. Please take all your items when departing. We do not charge gratuity for our drivers when booking and billing but it will be highly appreciated as a thank you from our customers.
